Disgusting. He also posted how much he spent in the game, either not his own screenshot of 20 euros spent on steam or maybe he thought: “If I buy a little bit of royal crystal and then cheat/RMT - I will not get banned”. People like him should stop cheating and doing RMT (hopefully rmters will get permabanned too one day) and then try to fool forum, support or anyone else.

If it happened to me i would ask for an SAR (subject access request) detailing any personal information AGS hold in regards to the ban, they are required to reply and fulfil the request by law. They might not unban him but it may shed light on why he was banned

if you get banned, you cannot use forums, so you would need someone to post for you.

I think bug aside its kind of sad how the channel to appeal/get unbanned is so convoluted.
You pretty much get connected to a person who can’t help you … then you have to make forum post on a 2nd account to appeal etc. Its like it makes no sense. Its almost as if they dont want you to appeal or get unbanned. Its so unreal.

A lot of innocent people got caught up in this banwave, myself included. I hope Amazon can improve their cheat detection but more importantly, their customer service. It’s quite disappointing to get perma-banned for no reason and when you try to appeal, their replies are just automated and don’t cite anything specific to their claim. I don’t think people will ever know what they were flagged for. Just another false-positive on their end. What’s sad is the forum trolls will just continue to say stuff like “you shouldnt have botted/RMT-ED”. Lol wait til it happens to you and have to go through the BS we innocent players have been through.
