Me and other players are seeing insane (10k+ queues) on Mari since 7AM PST today, and it hasn’t improved at all. Can someone take a look and see what can be done to ease the situation (i.e ban the bots again, player numbers are back up to like 800k+ after the purge couple days ago…).

It’s all NA west servers, unfortunately.
What they need to do is stop allowing new characters to be made on these servers and add some new ones until they can get this problem figured out.
I’ve been reasonably understandable with a few queues on weekends but they have never been this bad in my experience. No idea how long it will even take to get through this many so I can’t really just leave and let it go till it logs in since I will just get kicked again if I don’t notice that I’ve gotten back in. Guess it just means prime relaxation gaming time is being wasted since the publishers don’t seem to want to add server capacity to help out non-botting players.
Servers need to be locked in NA while they ban bots.
do a bot ban wave then lock the fucking servers. holy shit AGS is such a fucking clown show, it’s pathetic. Saturday afternoon/evening and nearly 13k queue

Really nice to have this. as a crystaline aura Subs user. this is unacceptable. not only we dont get to play whenever we want. there is constant problem on the server that the management/devs are not working on ATM. they only making promises that don’t even solve the problems.
These incompetent simps have been ignoring these issues and messages for months. This far after launch and still queues? They’re literally killing 90% of the actual player base (not bots), like we can just sit and wait all day. It’s trash, AGS is trash and anyone who defends this type treatment are trash.
Not a single response regarding this other than cookie cutter slaps in our faces. Should we expect someone to be there on weekends? Absolutely. They make enough money to have someone there to answer threads and fix problems daily. Then again, they get their money, why should they care honestly. It’s not like they are there for us, the actual customer.
It’s currently 5:30AM and the queue is this high what is this nonsense? How is it that a company like amazon cannot optimize their servers for heavy amounts of traffic?
I’ve been absolutely outraged by this, haven’t been able to play for 4 days on Valtan Server for the exact issue, I get home at 5am from work, have time to pop on for maybe 2-3 hours max. Log to find a 14k que that takes 1.5hours to get through. These game devs and AGS itself needs to get a freaking grip at what they are doing here. I’ve played multiple MMO’s which were FTP and never had this type of bullshit while getting into the game.
