AGS will do what? Not even in their team plays the game and do an event that helps its community.
Starting off super easy, instead of creating 1500+ only lobbies for Valtan/Vykas, maybe just take 1 or 2 1500 iLvL and take the rest on iLvL. this way you carry/help peoples alts who will surely do the same -give and take just like anything. I see too many Valtan/Vykas lobbies accepting only 1500+, people need to understand that this is overkill and completely unnecessary. You wont gain that much time anyway…

Community gets angry and you gaslight them and then expect them to solve it within themselves?
If you apply my scenario to Lost Ark - why would the devs care about community the company doesn’t even care about? What is the incentive to improve said community to calm down the angry waves?
If the incentive are not even there for the devs, what makes you think community have instead? Your solution is simply to “quit” yet you are asking the community here to “better the community” because you state this:

You also need to understand the gameplay design Lost Ark offers to completely understand the whole situation of the community’s complaints. Gatekeeping is created through game designs as well - if you play up to the most recent content whilst maximizing profits etc - aka hardcore - you would know how this is so; which is, what this game is catered to and for btw.

No, players who dislike the service are still playing which means they are satisfied with the quality of service no matter how “low” it is. If you dislike the food but keep coming everyday and order the same food, then what do you expect?
Toxic players are the same all across other games and MMOs. Take a look at Argos and figure who is the problem.

it doesnt matter. if theyre not 15-20 levels above item level and have all lvl 7 gems they will still be gatekept. gatekeeping is going to kill this game.
A better idea would be a way for everyone on a server to chat, aka a LFG chat like most mmos

Perhaps people would have more time for outside game stuff (art & such), if SG were to lighten the ‘mandatory’ daily activities count. It does get quite stressing when you have over 10 alts to go through (daily).

in his def back in the day fandom around game did this for free crossplay, fan art, events
but nowadays especially after pandemic and increased monetization of games, artists demand compensation. Cosplay in 2023 is NOT cheap. We talking hundreds thousands of dollars and some 6 months long commitments. Hard work and so they only commit to scenes that off respectable prizes.
Genshin did the same crap OP says do work for free and blowback was lol
2020s we are diff gamers nowadays, you monetize pay up shut up. That means SG or AGS would offer cash prizes to community events since nowadays expected. Even DFO offers cash prizes. I bet my money LOA aint doing shit but splurge on themselves. Don’t recall any player at LOAON getting cash rewards or compensation in KR.

They killed T1 - T2 content by having T3 available on release, the community was under the assumption T3 wouldn’t be available at launch, we weren’t informed it would be until days before the game released. They then maliciously released Argos that 95% of there player base couldn’t participate in as they were either stuck in the T3 dead zone that they left in on purpose to capitalize on FOMO or stuck in useless T2 content.
