Hey guys, I had an issue before the maintenance this morning. After I did my second Awakening quest my Integrated Presets were “glitched” or “stuck” when I was in my Support Build from a Guardian Raid and it was showing my DPS build grayed out like it was loaded. My Support build was lit up and I could click to Apply, but nothing happened. So after talking to Amazon Support through Live Chat (awesome response time and quick help) I verified the integrity of the Lost Ark files (Steam Support :: Verify Integrity of Game Files) and then when I got back into the game the issue was still persisting. Only I could then move between all of the presets on my bar, so I went to Mass Preset 3 and copied my DPS build over and it let me change. After doing so it then let me have access to Preset 1 (DPS) and Preset 2 (Support) freely again. Hope this helps some people out!
