Invalid Customization Info. Failed to load

All of my saved customizations are giving me an error "Invalid Customization Info. Failed to load. Customization saved in slot (number) will be discarded.

Any reasoning behind this after all this time? Have never had an issue loading my saved settings before?

First lets run an integrity check on Steam:

1-Restart your computer and launch Steam.

2-Next, you can either right click the game in your Library, or click the gear icon from the game’s Library page on the far right.

3-From the drop down menu, select Properties.

4-Select the Local Files tab and click the Verify integrity of game files button.

Steam will verify the game’s files - this process may take several minutes.

I get this error as of today, not yesterday.

I have done the troubleshooting steps.
I think my problem is related to something else. my martial artist presets I’ve converted from KR version works fine but not for mage class.
