I’ve done all the prerequisite quests that are supposed to unlocked this quest/questline, and I have no quest available from Guardian Investigator Luna.
I too would like to know how to pick this quest up. I even checked back at the adventures guild in Rania Village. I am out of ideas. It sucks because it locks some dailies that give leapstones.
The quest starts at Frost Haven island.
Its not there, else I wouldn’t have posted this.
