IP-banned from the game? (Error 10010)

I have 1000+ hours of playtime and as of todays hotfix I can no longer log into Lost Ark via my steam. Any time I launch the game I am greeted with the 10010 “Server authentication failed error”. I’ve tried reinstalling the game, launching steam as admin, verifying the game files, disabling IPv6 and relinking amazon to steam. None of this has helped. I (in no way knowledgeable about this stuff) can only conclude that amazon in its infinite wisdom has IP-banned me. Please help.

p.s: I have not used any VPN:s

Edit: I’ve done it! Regardless of what the actual problem is, the fix that worked for me was to enter windows: Control Panel> Network and Internet> Network Connections; Enter the properties of my network, Disable IPv6, enter the properties of Internet Protocol version 4 IPv4 and insert a Preferred DNS server 8 , 8 , 8 , 8 and Alternate DNS server 8 , 8 , 4 , 4 (tick validate settings upon exit ;D )

What does changing all that actually do? I’m as clueless as my granny. But now the game works.
