Hello,
Most of the time I experience a high ping with at least 200 MS (it shows up in red at the bottom).
I play in an area near Spain and I heard that all servers for EU are in Frankfurt.
While I played on other games, one of my favorite servers was in Frankfurt (on POE).
So I’m not sure if it’s the location or if it’s because the launch day and servers getting overwhelmed.
Does anyone else experiencing the same issue ?
Edit : I suspect it was my ISP. The game runs smoothly now. Thanks for the answer.

Go to Windows Start search bar and type dxdiag.
Click on dxdiag.exe.
When green progress bar goes away, select Save All Information and save the file to your desktop.
