Yes most need to be tell what class to play what engraving to get what is fun in game and now do they need to stop playing xD
I think making a post asking if you should stop doing something ultimately is your answer. There are billions of people who don’t play Lost Ark and hundreds of thousands who have and quit. Its not for everyone and was never intended to be. It’s fine not to like it, its fine not to like the core of the game, the repetitiveness (that every game has), and its fine to not like the direction its going.
But as you see there are people who hate this game and still log into the forums to talk it down because they want their feelings to be justified. Don’t become one these people. Either decide to cut back and play only when you get the urge or stop playing if you feel like this isn’t for you. The dwellers in these forums will only either bash you for giving up on their game or will cheer you on because they hate this game so much they want to see it burn.

It’s not a hobby if you don’t enjoy doing it anymore. Find another game to enjoy and maybe you will want to play Lost Ark again in the future.

yes there is nothing basically until Clown, so go on a vacation/trip or play another game and come back late September and so on
I come from work and I don’t feel like spending an hour with a frying pan chopping ice either. It’s hard to farm if you only have a few hours. A lot of people who play Lost Ark aren’t even gamers, just people who need to be hooked. You put great games in front of them and they will get tired in 5 minutes. If you are one of these, you will only change one addictive game for another with ease so that you spend the money.
i think lost ark is the least social mmo i have ever played, i had more fun and social interaction on windsward (new world) of a guy biting his mic and everyone around him looking than in this game

my opinion is that if you don’t want to do the legion raids over and over again then you should play only one character, get your shit up to 1475 and the just stop playing until the clow releases. Play that, have some fun doing it, get to 1490 and then quit again until brelshaza comes out repeat.
If you’re just burnt out and think you might want to keep playing but feel like it is too much just take a two week break. I took a two week after they showed up clown wouldn’t be coming until late september to play red dead 2 for the frist time and it was wonderful, and now I am back on the grind with my buddies fully refreshed.
Bottomline, it’s a game. If you don’t want to play something, anything, then don’t. Do not stress yourself about doing your raids, your dalies, anything. If you don’t even want to log in for the daily log in reward, fuck it, just don’t. Games should act as entertainment for you, not a second job.

I quit last week. Feels liberating to be honest - feels like I just lost my second job but not any of my income!
I’m having more fun giving away my gold to my guild via trivia questions than doing guardian raids/chaos dungeons /argos+ for the 30th time.
Do what makes you have fun. A-lot of other games out there or just play lost ark super casually for the luls.
But yeah in all honesty realizing I didn’t have to log on to do my Valtan and vykas runs or else felt super liberating. Lost Ark endgame is asscheeks.
If you’re not enjoying something anymore, you shouldn’t force yourself to do it. Take a break, reassess, refresh and decide whether you want to come back or move on. I think that’s just true of anything in life.
Some people will love certain things, others will not. Some people will burn out, and of those folks some will come back, some will move on. It’s not just about Lost Ark or even video games; do what makes you happy in general. Life is too short to be spent on things that don’t bring you joy, and you can always come back if you decide you want to.

Same man once i got the gear i did not even bother doing vykas hard. Hate the raid when the design if 1-2 person failed = wipe referring to G1 hard mode. Valtan is well design raid as you can still carry the game.

Same Streamer always oversell the legion raid and stuff, but it is ok but no wow factor tobe honest. Vykas raid design is pretty 4/10 pretty bad to be honest.
If we have other way to make gold tie to progression rather playing those boring raid it will great. Valtan was good. Vykas not so much it can be deleted from the game and won’t be miss.
