And? Can you prove there’s been any wrongdoing. Can you prove streamers are knowingly taking RMT’d gold? Can you prove streamers are willfully engaging in ToS activity?
Obviously you can’t. This just highlights why posts like this, and comment threads like this are not rooted in a desire to end RMT, it’s in their desire to dislike streamers, and it’s always painfully obvious.
If someone has actual evidence of a streamer RMT’ing, please bring it forward, we’d all love to see justice. But unless that is on the table, all of this is pointless.
Yes that’s possible too. But someone of his status is very careful. He won’t be reckless and destroy his huge business because of a mistake like this. His show is scripted, everything in it for the most part. As in, this won’t slide by him knowing there is a chance he might get banned and cause him problems. When he does something like this, he planned it. That’s what I think. Moreover, he is Amazon’s number 1 guy, what applies on others doesn’t apply on him for the most part, he might get green light for doing these things for his show and get untouched. Twitch is amazon afterall.

I’d think streamers need to be a little more cautious when accepting gold and part of the responsibility should be on them. While I have no problem with streamers receiving gold, it certainly is easy to spot high risk gifts, based both on the amount sent and the interaction history the viewer might already have with the steamer.
That said, I do think some streamers are too big to fail (be banned). People like Asmongold probably have their account flagged so they don’t get auto banned for such things.

Your idea is really very ridiculous, we are discussing issues and you are saying something inexplicable.
That’s true but knowing you could be banned for the same reason with no way to stop it seems like a huge potential to lose large amounts of money for nothing, especially considering it’s already been done once with nothing stopping it twice.
If you want to join the discussion in this thread, please learn how to communicate with people first, instead of just pointing fingers.
