I never said that it was a bad class - i got a 1500 scouter myself - but because the dmg is on the lower side and synergy is nothing special ur chances of getting gatekept are higher
if you are talking about scouter i have seen AS scouter constantly getting mvp on raids.

people who don’t like clown don’t want to even bother to learn the tells
it’s the best designed raid in the game (i don’t know if akkan and friends that come after are better) but as far as brel valtan and vykas are concerned clown is much better
issue with clown are this
- Gate 2 on item level is a tough dps check. even at around 1490 you have to use dark grenade.
- Gate 3 is just a clusterfuck. you have bar management and you have random hooks spawning everywhere while you try to enter mario can result in an immediate failure. then you have rockets on mario that really doesnt respond well unless you have perfect latency.
personally i think Clown gate 3 is one of the worst designed raid of lost ark.
you can beat g2 on ilvl with 3 enthropy classes never hitting their directionals
g3 being hectic makes it fun
it keeps you reacting instead of anticipating
it forces you to play the game instead of thinking of it like a crossword puzzle like vykas
also additional note to G2 being a dps check
G2 has 1.8b hp for 10minutes
that is 600seconds or needing 3m dps from all 3 dps combined
at 1475 a lot of classes can pull 3m dps on that gate just because he doesn’t really move much he just turns a lot
g2 is feels bad on enthropy but hitmasters pump him insanely hard
the only way you can lack damage on g2 is if you get repeatedly transformed and you rack up too many defensive stacks (which get cleared once automatically and once with inana on the pizza)
Ran with guilds on 5 characters early morning around 8am and didn’t take that long to clear it before 10am-11am. We rotate on sup/dps/characters at ilvls and whos gna juice. The perks of having many alts doing the same raid is honing your instincts. Clown gets easier the stronger you get. You skip so many things that causes most of the death.
For example,
Valtan g1&2 has some crazy attack patterns that only if your dps is too slow you will encounter it.
Vykas G1, Human form side party can actually skip the luring orb phase if dps is fast enough to stagger phase before first split.
Vykas G3, No medusa if there’s a juiced party.
Life is just easier when you are juiced. 
Brel 1-2 is extremely easy, both from mechanics perspective but also wipe wise, its much rarer to get jailed on those.
You can either
A) do 3 raids and one of them is brel
B) Do only 2 raids and one of them is brel
The former is a much better option, the latter is a quality of life improvement that may have a nasty gold cost tied to it.
mmmm sounds like a you problem… one tapped last week on a fresh 1490 (lvl 1 set) with a 1475 pally and 2 others 1490ish, it was deadless, i was m4 and when i was walking to the exit the gate ended and we moved to bingo so we kinda “skipped” m4 lol… if you know what are you doing and you are playing with other 3 decent players clown is joke easy and it is the best raid in game. (also in bingo we didnt even get to the third)
seems like you just like to be carried and are one of those that in valtan dies at 100 bars or in vycas pre orb in g2 or pre typing test in g3… in brel pre 85 g1, blue/red in g2, pre stars in g3 pre first mech in g4 and so on… you are one of those

make all alts 1520 main 570+
No 1472 is best parking spot if your not planning to prep that char for brel. Kakul is too long/unpugable to farm gold. So you should only run that if you want to farm lvl 2 set for brelshaza raid. also its simple 1490/1500 is kakul ilvl and 1520 brel. not Likely someone will take you on lowr ilvl for those. Also youll need lvl 2 set for brel. Unless your planning honing a support.
brel g1-4 is super ez but no one will take someone of minimal ilvl without lvl 2 set. even with full lvl 2 they wont take on ilvl players its just how the game works. Same just gos for a g1-2 wich are really rare everyone running fast g1-4.
Not if you don’t plan on doing Clown or above. Just get Argos gold and be done with it.
I don’t have 1490 alts to farm 1-2, i always assumed that a lot of people did this since 3-4 give so little gold

False, you dont need lvl 2 sets for brel.
Erm just honed a very Well geared toon from 1455 (did argos) to 1475 (did vycas hard and valtan hard) , and finished at 1490, did chaos and Cali to get brazelets and joined a quick 1-2 with 7 1520+++ hehe… Asked if they had prokel (because I am), offered then to backup prokel and take red orb… And we cleared both gates im like 5 mlns each…
Again that was with a fresh 1490 no set lvl 2

Thats all nice and correct but its definitely one of the worst advices for people who are here to enjoy the game.
If you dont enjoy beating the raids on ilevel, then how do you even do them on your alts?
If you are just gonna run the old content until you are farmed enough to get juiced up and lower the difficulty of those raids, you are slowing down your progress, and not by a little.
On the other hand, if you manage to learn all the mechanica of a raid and beat it consistently, you will simply always enjoy the game, as you will always be in the loop for current content.
So thats the only advice to give for playes who are here for the long ter…
The rest of you are simply gonna hurn out and quit sooner or later.
The game has been out for a year and there are no perks in doing at ilvl anymore. Many wants the set/accessories/gold/brel gears quick. Sure, it is a challenge that one can always go and do it on their own time, good example is hell mode where everything is pre-seted. This game doesn’t fall on a straight line that everyone has to follow.
The ones who are burnt out quit a long time ago. Only the smart ones still around to tell the story. And being burnt out is the very least issue we have with this game. This game revolves around alts and farming. In which, time is the biggest issue a lot of players like myself don’t have.
