I mean if you’re going to start a petition do it, asking for permission is not a good first step 
If you’re asking if you might get banned for posting it on forums, you should read terms and condition and if it is not specified, then you shouldn’t be.
I doubt you’ll get an answer in a timely manner here.
I don’t mind being banned I haven’t been in the game since it launched I wouldn’t be missing anything, on the contrary I’m wasting time trying to solve it.
Then you should just go for it at this point. I never seen anyone ask for permission to do a petition, that seems a silly concept. Is it about queues, I’d sign that, not that it would do much good.

Well it took them 1 whole minute to respond to a guy not being able to give them money . (store problem ) so … yeah .
That is not my point. I’m also from SA and I had to switch servers.
The point is that AGS already gave the reason why Kazeros is locked and that, eventually, it will be unlocked.
Just chill for now, my guy. Enjoy the game in another server or go enjoy another game.
