I am currently trying to solve a power pass issue. I originally contacted amazon games and my issue was extremely poorly handled by them, so I want to know if the forum staff is more directly related to Lost Ark itself than the amazon support (because if it’s the latter I have a feeling my problem won’t get solved at all).
You are better off just describing your problem and seeing in they can help you. If you power passed the wrong character or don’t have the pass than they likely can not assist you.
Don’t rely too much on the “so they call” Customer Service, after nearly two months of writing back and forth with the most idiotic requests from their sides, my ticket ended being unattended.
