I’m currently at 45 island soul and have been slacking off collect them lately, now i want to collect them again. My question is what island souls should i focus on first?

For me, I’m in no rush, so I’m refusing to do any island tokens gated by unas and rapport.
A good one to zone out and grind is walpurgis, should take less than 100 tries. Prioritise anything other than una task/rapport/isle ofyearningvairgrysnest/adventureislands do along the way

Oh if you have a fair amount of characters, cradle of the sea fermata is a daily rng one, but it can be done once per char. I’m not sure what the chances are but I got it in about 15 tries.
Today I got my 65th soul. Tomorrow I’ll get one from Notos Island (after doing Una task) and in 14 days the Gesbroy one. Other than that I only have %-chance drops from bosses, rapport rewards or adventure islands left. And isle of yearning will be ignored, f that.
I’d advise you to do every reputation/questline/buyable/easily grindable in a few hours island souls first, then work your way towards the harder ones which require luck or rapport. Like 3 rapport npc’s are easy as they all require 18k rapport, I think it was the panda, tenma and toto, the rest requires atleast 36k and up to 70k or something like that, those are tough…
Agree with LostBear here, do the one with certainty 1st and let the RNG God do the rest…
