So I accidentally used my Nightmare Headpiece for transferring skill tree, but I would know if there is a way of restoration instead of submitting the web ticket. They said it wouldn’t be recovered since it hasn’t happened by game error but by my mistake.

I’m sorry to read that your Headpiece was accidentally deleted, however as the item was lost because it was used for a skill transfer, it will not be possible to provide you with a replacement.
Please be mindful of the gear you’re using for Skill Transfer to avoid this issue in the future, also remember that you can lock equipment to prevent it from being accidentally destroyed (Alt + Left click by default on keyboard).
