Is there anything being done about the long queues?

Ever since the VPN update last week, the queues have gotten really long, it takes at least an hour to log in to the game.
Is there anything being done to address this? Improve server allocation Better bots prevention since the VPN didn’t seem to help much?

I know a lot of people don’t like playing anymore because of this, the waiting time take up half or more of the time we have to play the game, might as play a different game if this continues and not invest any more into this game.

I’m on US - West (Valtan) and it the queue is at least 5k every time I try to log in.

Im on valtan also. These queues are killing the game for me…really done with it. By the time i get home and get around to logging on i have a 1-2 hour wait. Absolute bullshit

Valtan is also full of Oceanic Players, I keep spending cash on the store and logging in hoping that the queue times on Valtan will at some point initiate an Oceanic Server.

And we are back to almost 10k queues, it got worst it seems. Was the emergency update last Saturday to revert back to the older/smaller server with lower capacity since the new one had issues?
