For Swiftness RC is better.
Raid captain with 140% movespeed = 18% dps.
KBW with less than 60% crit is less than that.
Kbw is never worth for sorc cuz of their higher crit damage.

Crit reflux can take KBW and skips Final Strike tripods. Most reflux players are playing this variant.
I wish but… It’s literally the only necklace on AH with the right stats and engravings, and I paid 65k for it…
Nothing even similar is available in euW auction house, anyways ik the crit is a bit low ( 422/500) but its got neat swiftness (492/500) which I’m pleased with lol

In the place of raid captain, mass inc is viable, cursed doll if you are confident, ether predator if you find yourself in a lot of fights that last more than 3 min.
Leaving neck for last sounds like a big mistake… Always get the most expensive things first, or buy all accs at the same time… cause often of times you can check AH for multiple days to snipe the build in different engraving combination forms for much cheaper while you still have options.

there sorc build use keen and it much better than casting reflux
making a 5x3 relic build but shooting yourself in the foot by getting reduce att power 
should get class engraving accessories first folllowed by neck and then fill in with the remaning accessories and leave one negative engraving just for the stone. if you leave the stone last you have more wiggle room on accessories and making sure you dont end up with something like att power reduce.
This build have some problem:
Low quality necklace and earing: bad stats
Raid captain: with 1600 swiftness you gain 12-13 % damage.so its a bad engraving
Negative AP
So if you want join my raid group with this i deny it because other players have much better stat/engaving setup
57 quality is not bad stats, majority of players i see in my raid groups have green quality pieces and we clear content just fine. + they have blue quality on almost everything else. -AP is bad but if they have above 50+ quality weapon they aren’t losing much damage.
Raid captain is not a bad engraving, if you have a swamp of yearning support than 1300+ swiftness is all you need for 18% RC Damage. + Swiftflux sorcs use Elegians Touch with the +MS tripod so even WITHOUT swamp of yearning support we still get max RC damage.

My weapon quality is 83.
the neck is 422 /500crit and 492/500 swiftness
So the quality loss is only affecting the crit side so i said meh its kinda fine.
I do run Elgia touch with extra ms and i get to 140% ms boost as well.
I know the negative ap isn’t ideal but it’s just a 2% and I’m on euw server, a necklace like this pops on AH once a month I’m you’re lucky lol.
I can get a purple 5 reflux / trash engraving neck if I wanted to but then I’d have to buy 2 full sets of legendary engravings to complete 5x3. I think this is fine for now.

A couple of things:
I would explore +3 Reflux accessories with +9 Reflux book instead of HM before commiting to a build, odds itll be cheaper than trying to get three +5
Get your cheapest engravings on the necklace so you can get the highest quality possible.
Without PD+Critical tripods youll be pretty low on crit. With Nightmare CDR passive you will effectively be “piano” even with high crit. Indexing on all swift accessories will make you miss a substantial amount of DPS during Boundless. I would recommend being closer to 50/50 on your stat distribution. By extension I would swap RC with Cursed Doll since you arent getting full damage without Yearning and other team buffs.
Yeah solid advice, reason why i didn’t go cursed doll is bcz I have grudge/ cursed doll on my 4x3 and it’s been miserable for me playing it, with sheild + no cursed doll i can spam my piano and be able to stand close to bosses for longer
Understandable, CD can feel sucky on squishy DPS characters. That said, Reflux with swift stacking makes it a lot easier to dodge damage i.e. you’re effectively quite tanky. Just a consideration!

Still I dont think wroth investing so much gold for bad quality acessory. Maybe going purple class book with 3 reflux rings better option. I not search for market so I dont know if its better

I suggest you looking for a move speed debuf neck, if you pug you will pug with guys like me, one tap above ilvl, 5x3 bis clean, level 7 gems, your cards may be better than mine but I don’t think it will be groundbreaking, more likely to be taking someone else than you over me, even being a destroyer.
