We were trying to go in into the raid and the party was bugged and i was alone at the legion and insta kick me out of the raid… Now i cant play it…

Same situation today. Thought I’ll get my ticket right away, but still nothing. Probably gonna have to make my own thread if I didn’t get one soon.

I’m sorry to know that you were doing this raid and got disconnected, you can’t play it because the ticket entry or because another reason?
If is the ticket entry; we don’t have a way to re-grant daily or weekly entries to content manually, we have a system that takes care of this type of situations. Please keep in mind that the current system will only allow for access to be re-granted for players who experience a verified crash or outage issue on the game server side; this will not cover local internet issues or other potential causes of disconnects.
If determined this was a server-side issue, the delivery of the replacement ticket could take up to a day, and the appropriate ticket will be delivered to your in-game mailbox when it arrives.
We can’t guarantee that you will be receiving a ticket, I apologize for the inconvenience.

Just to make things clear - it wasn’t even a disconnect. When my party started the raid, 3 other people didn’t connect at all. I was in the loading screen for like 30 seconds with the timer informing me that only 1/4 is connected and if other players won’t connect the raid won’t start at all. The timer went to zero, raid was cancelled, but somehow it took my entry count anyway, while not connected people could start another run instantly.
It happends to me but more or less 24 hours later i ve recived the ticket to re entry
