i’ was lost my valtan entry after valtan server temporaty maintanence .i’ve contact live chat support lot of times.they call me reply my imformation in NA WEST Down, Working On It i’ve done that .and i created a topic talk about this All most 2 weeks not received my re-entry ticket for valtan
there was a admin told me (we have a system that takes care of this type of situations in order to provide the ticket back in very specific scenarios, we can’t guarantee that you will be receiving a ticket).and told contact live support again .i ‘ve done that .live support said if i’m not get re-entry ticket after that happend 24-48 hours that mean i’ m not eligible get re entry.cuz them system.they can’t do anything for my case. so Is this how amazon treat players?

During NW times you would get a permabann for asking a 2nd time xD

For give me but i don’t understand how you “lost your entry”, presumaby if you were in the raid, and the server went down you did not complete the raid, and would not have locked your gate. Surely you just go in again and try again?

That’s exactly how they treated EU on launch, just you receive some sort of compensation every time it happens and we received middle finger for 1 month of unplayable region

i want my re entry there was other player same happends as me they got re entry .how can i’m not eligible?

Did you spend any real money on the game? Just curious.

Lot of people reporting they aren’t getting the re-entry tickets, or at least not timely.

It’s being raised to the developers as a potential bug.

I guess you didnt meet the requirements. Maybe just move on with life, its only a game.
