Didnt know the EU had those scuffed timezones but with those scuffed timezones its likely significantly harder to accurately calculate in game events which is why decent chance it will always be inaccurate for those time zones or maybe it will get fixed in a year or two but I doubt it
For me I just calculate the timezone differences in my head since its fairly simple, I suggest getting used to that aswell
The first amendment also covers artistic expression and media, both of which Lost Ark falls under. It’s been a long standing precedent that’s been expanded every time new media comes out on the first legal challenge. (So, Radio, Film, Television, Internet etc.)
What WolfRocket is getting at is the distressing tendency of courts to simply ignore any case of censorship where the potential offender is a corporation. Interpretation of the constitution and resulting laws is complicated.

This! I am still upset how Western release was approved for a massive watered down version of the game with cut classes, skins, items, mounts, pets, and etc…just awful no matter their reasoning of drip feeding us to squeeze every $ out of us
