Didnt know the EU had those scuffed timezones but with those scuffed timezones its likely significantly harder to accurately calculate in game events which is why decent chance it will always be inaccurate for those time zones or maybe it will get fixed in a year or two but I doubt it
For me I just calculate the timezone differences in my head since its fairly simple, I suggest getting used to that aswell

Last week’s update was so great that they are stealing honing mats from us, from the chaos, unbelivavle.
Most protection/anti-cheat updates are kept hidden so the botters don’t know what is being changed. That’s basic tactic in every game.
