Is Thronespire like T1/T2 towers regarding alts?

Are the honing materials acquired in Thronespire first clear only, or will we be able to clear Thronespire with alts to get T3 materials like Shade and Fate?

nop.

this tower is rooster content. The progress is roster, not per character

thronespire is a one time event i believe. you clear it once, materials are rooster bound. you need at least 1415 ilvl to clear the whole bridge.
