They tried going after the bots.
But as many has said on forum they need to go after the buyers too.
If they say “we banned many buyers of bot gold” it does not mean much of those “bans” are 1-3 days.
Serious punishment is needed for the players fueling bots.
The bots can be replaced but buyers accounts being erased are going to have an impact and effect.

We need to make room for the robot. We legal players occupy the robot’s position, so the robot needs to queue up to enter the game
