Yes this stronghold quest is STILL bugged for me from the Feb Galatur server issue and I can not progress. The game does not recognize my stronghold by others. I have completed it and it shows a “waiting” message
My ilvl is 1394 and i can not knowledge transfer or get any honing buffs and many other things as well. I have submitted many tickets in addition. Me being patient is a huge understatement! PLEASE FIX
