I have an issue with a purchase I made with Royal Crystals that I bought. I first contacted via a ticket at the end of September and heard back the next day asking for more information. I replied with the details again and a screenshot. I received an automatic reply this time saying I would hear within 6 hours.
A week went by so I mailed again (4/10) I did receive a reply this time but the information in it was incorrect so I replied again politely pointing out that I had spent my money on Royal Crystals in good faith and felt I was being treated unfairly. I have heard nothing since. I am so close to stopping playing as this is appalling service. It’s not helped by the fact that my health is very poor, even typing this is taking most of my energy.
I can copy my ticket info here if it helps, I don’t know what else I can do to get a response.
Please advise if there is anything else I can do to get this issue resolved.
