Issue platinium Weap Skin

Hey there,
I’m having an issue with my platinium weapon skin.
I kept my chest for quite some time and i decided to opening it.
But there is something wrong.
The skin is the same as Destined Aura Gauntlets which is the skin we can buy at the store and not the Aeons Aura Gauntles.
I don’t get why would the skin be different when it was still a platinium weap chest if i knew it would be the same skin as the store weap i wouldn’t have open it.

I am sorry to know that you have received incorrect skin with your platinum weapon chest. To clarify, have you received a skin with different name altogether? Or the name is Aeons Aura Gauntlets, however, itÅ› attributes are resembling those of Destined Aura Gauntlets.

Please help me with your IGN and server to look into this further.

So yeah i opened the Platinium Weapon Chest and i got the item with the name Aeon Aura Gauntlets as you can see on the screenshot i was intenting to sell my tradable one just to keep the untradable one.

After confirming with my tradable Platinium Weap skin the name is " Aeons Aura Gauntlets " and it also give 15 charisma the only difference is that there is an " s " at the end.

If you look at this the equipped one is my tradable version of the platinium weap skin i opened at the start of the server.

And on this one the comparison between the Destined Aura Gauntlets and the untradable platinium skin as you can see the skin and the icon is the same for some reason.

Thank you for the detailed description with screenshots, I do understand the issue more clearly now.
Aeon Aura Gauntlets and Aeons Aura Gauntlets are two different items.

Aeon Aura Gauntlets Binds on Pick-Up .
Aeons Aura Gauntlets Binds When Equipped.

For you query I will need to investigate further and update you soon on this thread.

Yes to be more precise.
The first one Binds when Equipped is the one i opened from the first Platinium Chest which was tradable on the AH

The second one which is Binds on Pick-up i opened it from the Platinium chest we received afterward which was untradable from start.

Hello @Thezs ,

The team has investigated this issue and it looks like your second Platinum Founder’s Pack was opened on November 27th and the ‘Destined Aura Gauntlets was received’ (not ‘Aeon Aura’).

With that said, the team has confirmed that this is intended, as the ‘Destined Aura Gauntlets’ is the only skin that is available in the second Platinum Founder’s Pack - this is not a bug.

So I would like to reassure you that the chest contains the correct skin.
