So my friend and I were using a powerpass for an alt, but we didnt finished all side-quest with our mains. The powerpass suggest that just the main story are completed, so we didnt think this would be a problem. But all side quest are completed including all side quest on our main characters, so we cant do the quest.
This is bad, because we wanted to read the side quest later 
So we think this is a bug, because we also loose all the loot for our mains 
We even dont know if we can have full skillpoints or our mains will never complete some content because of missing quests.
