Issues with Quests, I can't finish them

Hello,

I’ve got some issues :

  • For the Tooki quest, I can’t talk to Siltero because I don’t have the treasure map anymore. It disappears after going and finishing the quest on Tooki island.

  • For the 1100 gs quest at Bern, I was at the last step : I had to go back on Whispering Islet, talk to Zinnervale’s master and Nineveh. But Nineveh wasn’t there, so I decided to abandon the quest. Actually, I can’t to nothing.

Please tell me what to send in order to repair this mess.
