the one who put the servers down for taking the rewards again should be fired that is very very bad management that do harm than good . and they arent even losing money
most people buy pheons with gold not real money .
10 months to learn how to manage 1 single game and they fail hardly on every content launch ! EVERY TIME There is damn issue with something every time they create problems from nothing
NA / EU the only version of the game that is suffering .
it is not new game it is game launched 3 years ago ! there is no Excuses for this crap to happen for 10 months

tbh i dont think its the reward itself , imo its more like it wasnt supposed to be today but on wed or idk but then why remove it anyway eh w/e shits confusing im playing other games anyway

what ever the reason is there is no one good reason to take the rewards back ! they act like they gave 1000000 g to all players ! 100pheons or even 300 wont be enough to gear one damn char from roster

People who have more than 6 character slots have spent more money on the game than they will ever get from those pheons and they also could farm a huge amount of unbound mats, legion raids, etc and get more in gold from 1 day then was was given to them.
agreed i have the ark pass + just payed 6 months of the aura and bought skins ! i wont pay 1 cent again in this game . they learned nothing from new world and managing this game they have no idea how to run a finished product

Kind of interesting that you don’t have a problem removing measly 10 pheons but you can’t seem to manage removing millions of RMT gold from players. …

The managers and those making decisions over at AGS would rather ruin AGS’s reputation than risk losing potential profit as that would come down on them from THEIR superiors. AGS operates as a business and could care less about the games they make and manage.
most people buy pheons with gold not money only people who buy pheons with money is the less than 1% of the player base
There is so much more at stake ruining your business reputation than the tiny profit you could get from NOT letting the players have the pheons. We can twist it and turn it at the end of the day this was such a cheapskate move from AGS that you …or at least I will consider… if I will give them another cent.

they dont care about reputation they made this clear in the last 6 months at least !
The thing is they don’t care about their reputation and will actively harm the playerbase if it means saving potential revenue.
Not thinking about your reputation is plain arrogant. I’ve quit games before because of very poor management decisions and never gave another cent to those companies. Not to forget that some players also have a prime membership and even though they are 2 different business units, that’s just not how you experience it. Bad decisions from AGS reflect back on Amazon, that’s how it works.
