Items bought from Mailbox aren't appearing?

Hello! I just tried to buy timestop/ other consumables on my main character. however the mail isn’t appearing?

But then when I tried to buy something else off the marketplace on another character, it ended up working. Is there any solution on how to fix this problem for my main?

EDIT: Nvm, mailbox was full manually delete mail

can you double check if your mail is full on your main?
