Items Missing in Inventory

I picked up a pouch containing “Epic Protection Rune” and “Lost Reed Island Token”.
its disappeared from my inventory after switching it from my pet inventory. now i cant even get this island token anymore. Can i get my stuff back?

i have open a cheest on see << the items are missing , i dont know the name on english… this some relation items, but yes maybe thats the reason.
