hi, today in log in my game after more than one day and i was shocked that my grudge books i bought some time ago just started vanishing from my mail. have no clue something like that can even happen, never see anything just vanish from mail. i just lost legendary grudge books this way from my account. If i remember correctly i lost around 5 of them, the rest i was able to quickly claim from mail before they also disappear. pls mods recover them for me. its a lot of gold for me.
all mails literally have a counter saying how long they have until the mail expires on the right side
why should i check mail with item i bought from AH? honestly never notice timer, i mostly grab mail and thats just. with grudge i just wait till i have 20
well i personally find no reason not to instantly claim your items from mail right after u buy them but whatever, i found this other similar post and the op was told to make a ticket with support and they restored the mail [Solved] Feiton Powerpass Mail Expired

I apologize about this situation where your email expire there is the possibility to restores expired emails unfortunately this action must be requested by a web ticket or by the chat support.
