Esther weapon, Yoz Jar and Mileage shop are in “discussions” according to Roxx trying to figure out how to implement them in our region. We wont see them for a while if ever.

nope it depends on the level. 1st level is 1 esther stone, 2nd level is 2 esther stones, level 3 5 stones, level 4 10 stones, level 5 10 stones and level 6 and 7 20 stones and level 8 30 stones, and to upgrade it to akkan ilvl is 20 stones more.

its been a year since the game released and they have no official answer for esther or legendary skin which means we will never get them here lol.
