This is an absolute disaster and a display of incompetence without limits. You had the pre-sales data to act accordingly. You ignored not to reopen the servers, opened servers 2 times at least. First there were 10-12k in the queue, after 15k, now 20-25. Reduced the capacity of the servers with the increased queues and time spent on them. On top of that, when you have been there for a while, sometimes you get connection errors. It’s a fucking shame. Communication is disastrous and unclear. The game is getting full of bots. One of the worst, if not the worst MMORPG launch I’ve ever been to. And I’ve been playing them for 21 years. Two weeks into launch and the problems continue.
The advantages of switching servers benefit new players, but not the founders. We dont want to waste the time invested and the pregression, I more than 175 real hours. We want regional transfers, invest money and resources, no more cheap excuses.
This is proving to be a frustrating and horrible experience. You are lucky that the founders packs are dlc, otherwise the returns would be massive.

237 hours in. EUC. Did I have queues? Yeah. Did I manage my time in a way that allows me to play after work? Also yeah. Obviously, it is possible to time the Queues so you can play after whatever work hours you’re having so… You maybe not be in the mood for jokes, but we are. Those who manage their time and understand that this is normal and will be better on Friday.

there is no way i can play from Monday to Friday due to queue for like 4-5 hours on kadan.
I just want a damn server transfer to move all my goods to other server litereally the least populated one…
Servers are choking due to overpopulation. That means every single person who plays in EU-Central is the cause of said issues. If you don’t like the choice to play in EU-West, then wait few months for the game to be less popular.
When you go to an overcrowd concert and some people die, who’s responsible? The concert-goers or the organizers?
When you buy a plane ticket and the airline practices overbooking and you have no seat, who’s responsible? You or the airline?
Don’t put the responsibility on the players, there’s only 1 responsible for this shitshow here, and it’s the publisher.

it is because they were able to deliver proper servers.
same should be for EU. If not, at least they should bring the possibility to move your goods from one server to another, what is possible but for some reason they are holding.
Doesn’t matter who is responsible. Right now too many players want to play in EU-Cent which is the cause of issues. It’s not gonna get fixed until less players want to play there. Only thing we can do now is wait for natural decline.
It needs to be said that not all servers on EUC are like that. My server is busy most of the time but I rarelly get a que, the problem I think are a couple of servers like Kadan and Zinnervale. I had characters on Kadan first hour after launch but I bailed out the next day when I found out how full it is. Since then, que at most in the low thousands or not at all. Its true that when the whole region is at its limit it doesnt matter if your server is full or not, matchmaking wont work either way.
Also moving away to leave behind real money invested and 100+ hours is not a solution for most of us. I know that I wont play this game for thousands of hours and i`m sure that most people wont either. If there was a solution with transfer so that you could keep your progress sure, but to start from scratch, no way.
Yes, there is too many people on EUC but could that have been avoided by providing 2 EU regions with 10 servers each for launch? Probably yes. I mean they had enough brain to give US two regions why not eu ? EU has more people so more potential players.
Next time we just flood the US servers and there will be a fix in no time
