This is in Korea, but it’s only within a cluster which makes things more complicated. So it’s not possible to go from one EU region to the other, only to shuffle within the servers in the same region.
RU doesn’t have server transfers and probably won’t because they don’t have enough of a population to justify it.
Do you realize that only with the countries that appear in the list that you have linked already equals the figure of the USA? And there are only 5 countries! Europe has at least 50 countries lol. What a way to refute yourself. Europe’s market is much bigger.
Or, do the easy and fast solution:
Lock EUC and ban all bots. Insta half queus.
There is no excuse for not doing this.

I am from the OCE and play on US West servers… there are queues there and have to wait hours before I can play…
So PLEASE don’t flood US servers, there are innocents like myself playing there.
And to be honest, OCE players are treated MUCH more badly than you from the EU… You at least have 2 regions full of servers. We of the OCE have NO servers and have to play with over 200+ ping, lagging, screen freezes, etc.
Stop complaining… we are all in the same boat… We are all being treated badly.
Yes, just snap your fingers and magically do things. No excuse not to do that.

They messed up the start and communication was bad. You can’t change that now. They told us what can happen and what can not.
Now it is your decision. stay and watch the queue or start in EUW and play the game.
I switcht, lost an endgame character and some shiny pets and mount. But i can play the game.

Let me refresh your memory :
We paid let’s say 100€ (total founder/starter packs, whatever) to have a smooth headstart. Game’s banging, everything’s fine, then one week later it’s a shitshow and you can’t event play because servers are overloaded.
Then Amazon comes in and says “we’ve open a new region, go there please!”
BUT
You will lose your progress, guild, friends, and most importantly, you’ll never have your money back. You just won’t, there’s no refunds on digital goods once open. And everyone opened them, why wouldn’t they?

That’s a joke. People took vacation months in advance. And their solutions is non practical nor a solution at all. You ever thought about what region will close first when the hype is over when they are already now keeping their costs as low as possible. Keep in mind there are no servertransfers. We will see very soon a angry post from you on forums.
AGS let the servers passively overflow and now bots are on a rampage too. But yes for sure EUW is the solution to all problems!

The queue times are a joke and there is no excuse for it. I play on NA West and thought it would be fine eventually, but Oceana players are forced to play there as well, so peak NA hours are filled up by North Americans and then it gets worse as the night goes on because of Oceana and NA players simultaneously. This game has made a gazillion fuckin $$$ even if it is “F2P” and they cant spin up new regions or increase capacity? I know some people are waiting hours, but even 30 minutes is unacceptable.

AWS always say they have such a great scalability. This is ridiculous when they cannot even showcase that for their own services like a game.
