queues are just awful now, there are 5hours queues and i cant play elden ring while im in queue, if it was 1h queue i wouldnt mind but its too long, amazon u have to do something

200 hours on the Sirius EUC server, only queuing twice in 2 weeks.
If they solve the problems, ofc theyāll stopā¦

Paying players shouldnt need to move, but the full servers and 8+ hr of queue have zero f2p players?
Sirius , It was NOT one of the original launch servers.
On Kadan, Trixion, Thirain, Zinnervale, and Asta had character creation limits, but they reopened two timesā¦
you do not drop your face of shame, to see how it is still euc.

mhā¦ this was posted on february 22, and prelaunch was on february 8.
237 hours in 14 days means 16,92 hours a day. Not counting sleeping and workingā¦ something doesnt add up.
Either you never slept or you never worked (or worked a couple of hours per day, eating in front of your pc), which doesnāt seem very normal 
I did that ^.
And I still find daily stuff takes too long (mostly guardian raids) on 3 alts.

Why cant they just add character transfer 
9600 in queue on where my char is atm, 0 where my friends play.
Kinda depressing that you have to run macro scripts or similar to never log out or plan a day in advance if yhou want to play the game.
I really canāt start over questing, cant skip cinematics and quests etcā¦ would take so much time and pain to do overā¦

We can all agree that f2p players with non-significant progress should switch. Most people who complain have something at stake in their region other than a couple measly seeds.

1 Full week without a single message from amazon. Nothing updating us, not even a tweet. This is embarassing. How can such a massive company like amazon not have a single member of staff updating the giant community that pays its bills?
It seems like their solution is to just wait for people to quit to sort the servers? Absolutely horrific, yes lets have people quit so that we can playā¦ you want people to rage and leave the game because of your incompetence rather than find a solution.
No-one believes that server transfer āisnāt possible because of the gameā or whatever bs reason you came up with, as literally every MMORPG has this feature at launch, and RU/KR lost ark has this feature. Hurry up and bring it to EU serversā¦ no brainer.

I have 275 hours played, 3founder packs + the vanquisher starter pack.
I started on Zinnervale, oh how I regret that ā¦
By now we all know how bad the situation is with the servers on EUC, the ques are just insane.
I had to wait 30 min in the queue this morning at 9.
Iāve been torn for more than a week now on what to doā¦ leave everything behind and start over on EUW or suffer playing on Zinnervale.
I have my main nearly in T3 with a lot of things done that I really donāt fancy having to do again.
I have 2 costumes from the founder packs that I have not used and gold + platinum pack unopened (the second ones)
Tonight I wrote a ticket to support and to my surprise, I got an answer 5 minutes later. Not the answer I was hoping for ofc.
I asked them if they can move the second founder packs to EUW since I genuinely wasnāt aware you can claim them in another region.
They completely ignored my question and told me we will get 2 power passes when we level to 50 again and that we will get the twitch drops on EUW after 7th of march.
Not a single thing about my request in getting those founder packs refounded since I didnāt even open them.
To say I m even more disappointed in Amazon, would be an understatementā¦
I reply to them asking again about the founder packs but doubt I will be getting any positive answer sadly

actualy on zinnervale, 3 week after launch and amazon still AFK, i paid for the game and canāt play when i want
why this server management is the worst in the world compared RU/JP/KR plus the only region that get in sensorship ā¦ i really donāt understand who bad you are ā¦

Itās a disaster of a game. I have arrived home from work, I have queued (8,8k), I have eaten, and I have done some things at home, and when I arrived at the computer after a while I was with disconnection error (Not that I have spent the time after entering the game). I had to reconnect (8k queue), so to leave the character in queue, you have to be pending every 5 minutes of the damn game, minimizing and maximizing to see the queue. Really the incompetence in this game is absolute, their response was silence. The experience is being horrible.
how can you compare to other regions is beyond understanding
WE have almost 1million concurrent players daily , do other regions have that? no
because of steam, they provide stats we donāt have stat from other regions but we donāt have billion player in europe central, donāt compare total play regardless population of each server donāt care about total play i want the right infrastructure for the right population and KR/RU/JP deal with that why the super powered NA canāt ?
Regretting the āhead startā quite a bit. Sadly it reminds me of the early LoL days in the EU when the cluster would get overloaded every weekend. So either unhealthy gaming habits or starting a new or take break. I am going for the break. One less for Kadan Queue!
Itās a shame, but they are going to get (or have gotten) that many people are going to abandon the game. This game will not be remembered for that great MMORPG, but for the queue simulator.
