There is lots of speculation and rumors around what is in store for Lost Ark for 2023. There is also a lot of major game releases coming this year. I think it would be a good idea to be transparent with what is planned for the year ahead of time.
Top concerns: Class release schedule, content release schedule. Catch up mechanics to KR. QoL improvements, class balance changes.

in the next roadmap which should be end of next month
the current roadmap end in june , so plenty of time till they have to release the next one 
so even when they would say now what the roadmap for July-december is, it changes nothing till then
except if people decide its not good they stop playing now instead of 2 month later
so it would be negative to bring the roadmap too early

from a company state , its better for them to not release a roadmap too early , cause people who dont like something stop earlier to play
couldnt find anything if its 2 or 3 rparts of roadmaps this year after aquick search .

Your top concern is having no bots? Support shortage and gatekeeping are much bigger concerns if you want to talk about debilitating factors killing Lost Ark. That isn’t really the topic here. We’re discussing a road map.
AGS recently did an interview on a gaming magazine, and they said that very soon we will be having some major announcements about “closing the gap” with the KR version.
So no worries, it’s underway.
Nothing is going to change. You won’t get a roadmap till the first of May. That article means nothing, all talk no action, had there been any truth to these words, you would’ve already seen a planned roadmap that is posted here.
I am aware of the article and everything that was said was the complete opposite of what they said earlier in the year. So everyone is speculating the validity of this article.

Somehow RU publisher has information what will be in the patch 14 days ahead. AGS still is not sure what’s inside 12 hrs before it rolls out.
Quality publisher that we have.
RU always provides detailed info days in advance and showcase the event vendors and everything upcoming in images and details. When they had the QoL update for the roster friend they told everyone in advance to add their friends roster wide so not to lose them. AGS has literally no one checking the patch for information or bugs, nothing. You’re the clueless one here.
The information they get is far more than we get. We might get a bunch more words but a whole lot less information.
See the actual patchnotes and you can see RU even get’s information about event rewards and their costs. We never get these.
