Jukebox Music Exchange Quest Bugged (Resolved)

I have checked all my characters’ quests under In Progress/Complete/Guide, as well as the new Jukebox NPC herself and I am unable to find anything that allows to me start the quest to receive the jukebox for my stronghold.

Talking to the NPC for the first time, this is the only dialogue; she does not provide a quest line:

EDIT - I cleared most of the blue stronghold quests and it seems you need to clear ‘A Wonderful Adventure’ from the NPC ‘Adorable Felix’ before the Jukebox NPC provides their quest.
