June update and stronghold honing research

Hi,

First let me just say that I am super happy we are getting Vykas now in June, really looking forward to the raid and being able to complete relic set! (and Arcanist in july yay!)

I was wondering whether we will get the stronghold honing research with this patch, the one that increases honing chance and reduces materials for ilevel 1370-1415 and is unlocked at ilevel 1460. I would very much appreciate it if we could get an answer on this matter before the patch launches. I’m currently not sure whether I should bring more alts up from 1370 to 1415 or let them sit for a bit, and the answer to my question will help with planning how I will advance my alts.

why does it matter? do like everyone, go all ham on rmt and it makes absolutly no difference
