@Roxx i was wrongfully perma banned yesterday for “cheating”??? My name is Bossbuildstrx on Mari west, I have 10 characters, almost 5000 hours in the game and play roughly 12 hours a day on average. PLEASE LOOK INTO THIS AS I HAVE DONE NOTHING WRONG. THE SYSTEM IS CLEARLY BANNING PEOPLE FOR NO REASON. Lots of forum posts on the same issue, same bans, same reason, etc. and the automated response from the support team is a real kick in the nuts. We want real help from real people. Thanks.

There’s been a number of false ban reports over the past few days. I have escalated this to the team.
In the meantime I would recommend filing an appeal.
It’s great how they said they don’t want to ban RMTer’s permanently because they don’t want to rule this game through fear but now I’m afraid of getting a random ban message every day and being stuck with it forever. I used to think there’s nothing to worry about and it’s all a bunch of liars but considering they somehow managed to ban people who didn’t even play the game, I feel like I can just get a random ban at any time now and never have it lifted due to their automatic responses
Yeah I didn’t really think much about it before, but now I have to worry about any random software I have running that could be false flagged…
this helps no one. i have filled 5 tickets already and got nothing but the same robotic response. i hope you guys fix it asap! i had plans to farm money and silver for artist patch and now its ruinned thanks you.

I’ve already submitted at least 6 appeals but i get the same automatic response
Please refrain from spamming appeals. We can understand that this is a serious issue for many players but overwhelming the team by creating duplicates will not solve this issue faster for anyone.
This thread was accidentally created in the German localization feedback so I’ll be moving you over to the English discussions before closing this thread as we cannot help out with appeals in the forums.
As my colleague told you, this issue was already escalated so the team will doublecheck about any possible false bans. If the team has any official communication on this in the future, you will be able to find this in the official news.
