Just want to say "Thank you"

Dear Smilegate,

we know there are currently some miscalculations regarding how many players would play Lost Ark in EU, which led to horeendious queues and lags. I don’t want to point fingers who’s responsible for this; I think AWS as the cloud provider is currently undergoing some stress tests of their machines thanks to LA :slight_smile:

That being said, I want to shout out a big THANK YOU! to Smilegate for this fascinating piece of software. It’s been a long time since I’ve been hooked like this (D2 being my 1st and WoW my 2nd).

The character development, animations, storytelling, the whole story line, fighting system, classes, eye and love for detail, crafting system, professions, islands and the complexity of the game is something I haven’t seen for a while. Looks like the devs really loved what they did.

Honestly: I’d pay a monthly subscription to play.

I really, really hope that Amazon won’t ruin this game as other publishers did with software companies they bought (talking to you, EA!).
