Earlier today I ran the dungeon raid Midnight Circus “Kakul-Saydon” with a party. We were at Gate 2 and I got disconnected. The remaining party were able to clear the gate 2 and then they decided to proceed to gate 3 while I was still disconnected. When I came back online the party was already at the starting point of gate 3 but I didn’t receive any rewards from gate 2. we tried to enter gate 3 but we cannot since my progress was still at gate 2 so we decided to stop but it consumed my entry ticket. Now I cannot enter gate 2 or 3 anymore.
I’m hoping the support team can do something about this issue.

I’m sorry that you were disconnected in Kakul-saydon.
Unfortunately, we do not have an option to manually re-grant the ticket or grant the rewards.
However, we have a system that allows for access to be re-granted for players who experience a verified crash or outage issue on the game server side; this will not cover local internet issues or other potential causes of disconnects.
If determined this was a server-side issue, the delivery of the replacement ticket could take up to a day, and the appropriate ticket will be delivered to your in-game mailbox when it arrives.
