I’m sorry to hear about this situation with your game and thank you for sharing the screenshot, I know how frustrating this can be. We have a system that handles this issue, as we are unable to manually grant any re entry tickets.
Please read this post for the full information about this:
A few key points I wish to highlight and the first one is very important in this case:
The system will only allow for access to be re-granted for players who experience a verified crash or outage issue on the game server side; this will not cover local internet issues or other potential causes of disconnects.
Receiving your replacement weekly entry may not be immediate — delivery could take up to a day, and the appropriate ticket will be delivered to your in-game mailbox when it arrives.
Hello there @oilooC, welcome to the Lost Ark forums!
All crashes are handled by the system, it would be unwise for me to assume anything regarding the specifics of any case, if the crash is determined as a situation on the server side then a ticket will be issued, if it wasn’t then it won’t. Unfortunately I can’t provide any further information regarding the details of the system.
It’s over 24 hours now. If we clear the raid, it will show clear (check mark) for all three gates at right hand side of the screenshot. Since we only clear gate 1, we should have gate 2 available. It said “weekly entry count exceeded” which is due system error. Can we request a ticket to check why system didn’t catch a system error?
It’s the very first week of the new raid, I am really exciting for it and want to clear it.
I’m afraid that if you haven’t received the ticket the system has determined that your crash was not eligible for a re entry ticket, sorry for any inconveniences this may cause.
