Kakul-saydon entry ticket lost

Got kicked from the legion raid Kakul Saydon G3 earlier today (Tuesday before weekly reset). And still did not get the reentry ticket from the system even after the game is up now after weekly maint. Saw a thread saying I should report to forum if the ticket is not delivered before weekly reset.

Thank you for sharing your concern here on Lost Ark Forums and we apologize for the issue you faced with the lost entry.

For your information, we have a system that takes care of this type of situation to provide the ticket back in very specific scenarios, we can’t guarantee that the player will be receiving a ticket. And also I’d like to let you know that there is no provision from our end to manually provide a entry ticket to any of the player.

I’ve yet to receive one from being disconnected due to maintenance, will I still receive one after the weekly reset, or am I just screwed now?

I know there is a system for automatic ticket refund but it may take 24-48 hours what worried me is that the CM said the reentry will only be available during that week only. And as of now I still did not get that ticket so basically the entry is gone anyway?
