I recently made a party to clear gate 3 of Kakul-Saydon on one of my characters and when I tried to enter the legion raid, the party disbanded and we never teleported to the raid. I then immediately remade the lobby with same players but my entrance for gate 3 was consumed and said i am unable to enter since i had already “cleared” it. I just want to know if anyones experienced this before ( im sure for other content). Has support helped? I opened ticket but very doubtful of current Lost Ark Support since tthey have not been helpful at all in the past and have lied and made false promises.

I do apologies for the loss of the entry ticket for Kakul Saydon raid and for the bad experience you had mention on the post above.
I can confirm this issue is affecting a lot of players as well, and they too are waiting for it to be fix and get their tickets back. At this moments the DEV team is addressing this situation and waiting you all can enjoys the new content without any mayor bugs/issue.

The same thing just happened to me. To clarify, this was not a result of unscheduled downtimes, this was the result of an in game glitch with the party finder system that happens constantly. You, join a party, the party starts the game, everyone clicks accept, and the game doesn’t load, or it goes to the loading screen for one person and everyone else never sees the loading screen. This glitch just locked me out of Kakul Saydon for the week.
