hello so i got disconnected while clearing the clown and got locked out and cannot enter it anymore is it possible to get reset ticket?

Sorry to know you had issues in the middle of a clown raid.
If you were kicked out of the raid due to a server crash/disconnection, you’ll be receiving the re-entry ticket within 24-48 hours max.
I can’t promise you’ll be receiving the re-entry ticket as there’s an automated system taking care of all these cases. My apologies for any inconvenience this may cause.
