I wrote a ticket regarding getting kicked out of Kakul Saydon after the whole party had a dc in G1 and not being able to enter again. I know the whole party did dc because I was the last one to do so. As this is an automated response it does not tell me anything do I get a ticket refund at all or not?
If yes, I guess unlucky it is reset day.
If not, how does the current disconnect situation not present an exception? If 4 people in a random group can all dc simultaneously because of the bad service you provide, why do we as a player base get punished for that?
The response that you received is correct, either mods here on the forum or support don’t have a way to re-grant daily or weekly entries to content manually, we have a system that takes care of this type of situations. The answer is that we don’t know, it depends completely on the system.

Regardless of that, I can not wrap my head around how there is not at least a bandaid solution for scenarios like this after roughly one month of severe server problems, that, let’s be honest, most likely won’t be fixed by the Brelshaza launch, there is zero actual help offered to the player base. Most players don’t have time 24/7 so a re-entry ticket, possibly 24 hours later, if at all, is not good enough and will lead to further player base dissatisfaction and more people leaving. In the end, I guess the tech support is like the Italian national team, not qualified.
