We were progging the new legion raid yesterday, Kakul-Saydon.
Then the servers went down for emergency maintenance and now all four of us have “weekly entry count exceeded” on Clown.
The raid is now labelled as complete.
No one has received a re-entry ticket.
Does this mean we cannot do any Clown anymore this week?

I can understand that you are not satisfied with our automated system for lost entries but that is the only solution we provide in such cases.
For your information, we have a system that takes care of this type of situation to provide the ticket back in very specific scenarios, we can’t guarantee that the player will be receiving a ticket.
