Earlier today I ran the newly released dungeon raid Midnight Circus “Kakul-Saydon” with a party. The party tried to enter the dungeon raid Gate 3 as we already cleared the prior Gates 1 & 2. The game loads but my character didn’t enter the dungeon raid but it consumed my weekly entry limit as can be seen in the picture provided.
I’m hoping the support team can do something about this issue. Because I really want to clear this raid with my friends before the weekly reset.

I’m sorry for the issue during the Kakul-Saydon Raid. Unfortunately, we don’t have a way to re-grant daily or weekly entries to content manually.
We have a system that takes care of this type of situations in order to provide the ticket back in very specific scenarios, we can’t guarantee that they will be receiving a ticket. I apologize for the inconvenience.

Receiving your replacement weekly entry may not be immediate — delivery could take up to 24-48 hours, and the appropriate ticket will be delivered to your in-game mailbox when it arrives.
The issue occured about 4 hours ago October 17, 2022 5:35 - 5:45 A.M CEST. I’ll be okay to wait for the delivery of the re-entry ticket as long as I will be able to receive it before the weekly reset
