Received the Island Soul for Kalthertz. Went to redeem it on Opher Island. Clicked on the statue, but nothing happened. Checked my inventory and the soul is gone.
Please help.
Happened exactly the same to me… with Kharmine’s Lair. Now it says “Acquired” on the Island soul token, but in the collectibles it shows that I do not own that soul. Wut?
Same thing just happened to me with Kharmines’s Lair too. Same exact issue. I was using mine right as the server went down for maintenance for the day, so I thought maybe that’s what caused it?
Edit* I just checked again to look a bit deeper and it looks like I got credit for Island Soul Collection Status* but it didn’t count as an Island Soul Point??
You will get a new kharmines lair soul with every alt that goes to Beatrice for the second awakening skill.
So when you do the Quest for that skill on your main (after rohendel). You can get the skill from Beatrice on your alts, this always also includes song and Soul from the quests.
Maybe the easiest way to get another one
